You are correct.  OWA will reach out to any server in the org.

I am 98% sure that once someone logs into OWA, it queries MSExchangeDS and
it is aware of the new server.  Follow the steps in Q152959 and you'll be
fine.

Now, if you're talking Exchange2000.....

I have just moved all my mail boxes to a new mail server and I am about to
pull the plug on the old server BUT

My main concern is OWA does not know were the new server is. It works now
but when I shut down the old mail server it will not be there to redirect
owa to the new server when a request is made. So how do I change the "home"
server that OWA uses.
