Thanks for your help Scott. I think I may have got it sorted out after your
initial pointer. I can write a script to make the files that are located
under the Signatures folder of application data. To get this activated on a
new Outlook profile I need to add a registry key with the name of the
signature file
Hkey_Users\{SID}\Software\Microsoft\Office\10\Common\MailSettings then
NewSignature as Reg_Expand_Sz value equals the name of your sig files.

Regards,

Paul

Sigs are text files in the "Signatures" dir under "application Data." Don't
know how you'd do a roll-out tho...

It would be nice if we could rollout an automated signature config for all
our users. The majority of the signatures are the same for each user but
obviously the name changes. First question is where is the signature kept is
it the registry or a file under application data? Secondly does anyone know
a way to go about this? TIA
