You are very correct. I have been avoiding messing (learning) with this
box (only Linux I have) since the local fee based Linux consultant
installed it. Luckily I have never had trouble with it. I was bored
today so I started looking through the NDRs and noticed all the
potts@..... records. Thank you for the help and advice. BTW anyone
else seeing the potts@....?

-Mike

I wouldn't. Getting started on Sendmail is more of a career choice than
a
configuration exercise. There's a reason why the O'Reilly book on it is
700
pages long.

Michele has the right answer - this it the moment to call in your
friendly local
Linux consultancy, who will not only solve your immediate problem but
will also
be happy to give your Linus box a health check and even provide Linux
support
(for a fee, of course). The issue you're currently facing is an example
of why
you need this.

This is in no way a criticism, btw - you are an Exchange admin, not a
Linux
admin.

Tom
