Can't you create a public folder called 'Training Diary' with read only
access to everyone but the trainer?

Subject: Outlook Web Access?

Hi All

I am currently trying to setup an area for our intranet where people can
view one persons calendar(our trainer) and see when he is busy/free. I
would like them to be able to book time against the calendar. Do anyone
know if this is possible utilising Outlook Web Access? We are currently
running Outlook 98 using Exchange Server 5.5 SP4.

Please Help.

TIA

Scott Palmer.
