I was doing an Office XP upgrade last night and it took over 20 minutes to
download 13 MB on a T1 after hours. I blamed it on IE 6.

Is anyone else having problems with windowsupdate.microsoft.com? I can
connect to the site but it never finishes loading. Ping requests are timing
out (207.46.106.88) and tracert shows a drop after some router (as far as I
can tell). It's probably a problem somewhere along our LONG route, but I
thought I'd ask if anyone else was having problems.
