I'd check 2 things:
1.  Who created the folder?
2.  Are you checking permissions for a workstation, or from the Exchange
server itself?

My boss gets the following error when accessing the calendar of a few of
our Resource Mailboxes (Conference Rooms).

"Could not read the calendar.  You do not have sufficient permission to
perform this operation on this object.  See the folder contact or your
system administrator."

He is the folder owner for the calendar of these mailboxes.

Exchange 2000 SP1, Windows 2000 SP2 (Both Native).

Happens from any workstation, and only with his account.  I can just
recreate his account, but I'd rather find out why this is happening.
Any ideas???  TIA.
