I'm not sure I know what you mean.

Outlook can query the GAL or your contacts based on letters you've entered.
For example, if I have Cris Vitsorek in my contacts and type Vit in the To:
field AND those three letters are unique to your name, it will resolve your
name and SMTP address when I hit tab.

You can go into the Addressing Tab of the Profile Properties and add any
folder to be included in what Outlook uses to try to resolve names and in
what order. We use GAL, Contacts, and a special public folder of contacts
for example.

Is there something else? Does the Tab key read your mind? Am I missing
something?

William

Does anyone know where to download the addin for Outlook that automatically
fills in a recipients address when you hit the tab key?

Thanks

Cris
