I am having trouble getting a watchguard vpn to run on 98 and allow outlook to connect to my exchange box all user names and passwords are the same. When I try to connect and purposefully type the wrong user or pass code it tells I can not acc the exchange BUT when I type the right one it spins and 30 seconds later hangs with a not respond. HELP.
