ok i have the AD connector from exchange 2000 sp1.  i am logged in as the domain admin who is a part of every major group including schema admins etc.  when i go to load the connector on the member server, it says that i do not have the rights to upgrade the schema.  i have full rights...any suggestions there?

You have to use either ADC that comes with Exchange 2k otherwise you will of problems later on if you use the ADC that comes with Win2k.

Better still, use the ADC from E2k SP1.
