Internally, I would consider signatures from the email client side.

We send thousands and thousands of internal messages.  I wonder what a
disclaimer would add...

I am looking for software that will work with our
Exchange 5.5 server to add an email footer (legal
disclaimer) to each message.  This software must work
directly with the Exchange server, not just the SMTP
component,  because the footer must be added to
messages that stay within the company AND messages
that go out the Internet.  Does anyone know of a
product that will do this?  Some of the products out
there only work with SMTP.
