If the error Martin describes comes up just click ignore or whatever and continue on. It was a fresh Windows 2000 Server installation, no service pack yet installed, installing from a "Select" CD containing Exchange EE 5.5. I don't recall the exact error message, as this was a week or two ago and the machine is no longer in my hands, so I can't re-create the problem. Sorry this is so unhelpful.
