To solve this problem do the following:

1. Go to c:\Exchsrvr\Webdata\USA folder
2. Copy the file Root.asp to Root.aspxxxxxx where xxxxxx is the date 2.
Open the Root.asp file, then edit it:

   a. Look for the line that reads:

            if cint(days) < 0 then days = 10000

  b. Change the line to:

      in cint(days) < 1 then days = 10000

3. Save, and close the file.

I have an NT4 SP5 machine, Exchange 5.5 SP4. OWA installed. I have a
user who logs in and gets a message " Your password is set to expire in
0 days. Change it or else" . I have gone in under HTTPS, and changed
the password, and changed the password in User manager for Domains, but
she is still getting this message. Help!

Thanks in advance,
