ahead and visit NAI's website and hunt down the document for manually removing
GroupShield from Exchange. Once you've accomplished that, installing Antigen is
a piece of cake. I think you'll need your grant number to search the Prime
Support Knowledge base for the documentation. If I can find my copy, I'll send
it off to ya.
