The only specific reference for ADSI is a book by Simon Robinson called Professional ADSI Programming (great title!) published by Wrox (www.wrox.com). It's a good intro. Get the ADSI SDK downloadable from MS which contains a(n) adsi.chm which has a run through on Programming Exchange 5.5 with ADSI. That's actually the best reference available.
