If he only need permissions to create and delete mailboxes, only give him permissions on Recipient Containers.

Is there a way to give someone Mailbox Admin rights on an exchange server without giving them admin rights to other parts of the system?

I just want to give 1 guy admin rights on his exchange server restricted ONLY to mailbox creation and deletion.
