can she see the message when she actually opens it (ie. by double-clicking, not in the preview pane)?

I have a user who uses to mailboxes. One for herself and the other in which people send questions about the organization. She is able to see a message subject in her secondary mailbox (the one with questions) but not the message and is unable to delete the message. She did read the message when it originally arrived just not now. When she click on the message to open it - it said "Custom form could not be used. Outlook will use a outlook form instead. Then in the preview pane it states " The item contains active content which cannot be displayed. She can not delete the message. The really weird thing is that the message does not show up in the questions mailbox. Logging into that mailbox does not show the message. Over a day gone by and all other messages before and after that one is normal. Oh yeah exchange 5.5, outlook 2K.
