Let's get this post back on track lads.

The original post was about a problem with Exchange server not about brands.

HCL......  It's still a DEL  Why didn't you buy a good server like a Compaq an HP or an IBM.  Surprised you'd stoop so low.

So here's a tough one for everyone...

Specs:
WIN2K(Advanced Server) SP1
Exchange 5.5 SP4
Running on HCL hardware(Dell)
1 bridgehead supporting 34 sites spread across the US

Scenario
1.) Client in site Missoula opens Outlook 2000(running on WIN98 SE).
2.) Client opens GAL and searches on name "User X"
3.) Finds name "User X" and double clicks the name
4.) Standard Screen comes up with all information about that user, address, location, Title, etc.. etc.. Everything shows except for(Drum roll) the ZIP Code
5.) Another user in say Seattle, where the main network is, tries the same thing and can see the Zip(which existed all along).

Why is this happening?

Now the user in Missoula can go to another computer and might see that ZIP code, but 5 minutes later may not.
