You aren’t doing something right.  Please specify EXACTLY how you are doing the backup.  Are you trying to back up the M Drive?  When you back up Exchange using NTBackup, you go down and select the “Microsoft Exchange Server” , then drill down and select the Information Store.  That’s the only way you want to back up Exchange using NTBackup.   Ben Winzenz, MCSE Network/Systems Administrator Peregrine Systems, Inc.     -----Original Message----- From: Kerry Smith [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, November 09, 2001 9:28 AM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Backup Exchange using W2K backup   I want to backup Exchange using the Windows 2000 backup utility but it reports access denied to all mailboxes except the Administrators.
