Hmm, you could just make an exchange connector to the database (sql,access,act maybe??) that houses the initial list :).

 

If you wanted to put these right into the GAL you could make a 'contact' in e2k, and a custom recipent, smtp address in the recipent container on 5.5

What sucks of course is if your customer info constantly changes.  Then you have to change them twice - in whatever database you have and the PF.

Absolutely!  Create a new public folder that is "Contacts" and make it read only to everyone that only needs to read it & give write permission to the people that need to make changes/add contacts.

How do I create a company roladex on Exchange 5.5 server that contains
both internal users and external customers contacts that can be accessed
by everyone in the company. This should be different from the GAL.
