Kim,

What about mounting whatever you find as a Public Folder? Mixed with Outlook
Help it's a pretty good way of

a) Giving users the information they need.
b) Getting users to do things the way you want them to e.g. Distribution
Lists, Views, Favourites etc.

I'm looking for something basic to give them if they don't know outlook,
so I don't want to spend too much, I don't see the point in giving them
all a book, cause they will probably never read it anyway...

Kim,
http://www.microsoft.com/Office/Outlook/using/default.htm

There are all sorts of simple books out there, or white papers or basic
info
on Outlook. Depends on what you want to spend really.

Thanks

Where can I find an easy to use manual for Outlook 2000 and 98 to hand
out to users?

Kim
