With Exchange 2000,
can I purchase CAL's for concurrent users only?
I have a potential
client who is looking at setting up an Exchange server that will only be
accessed remotely, through a VPN and/or OWA. Looking at close to 100
users, but they would only synchronize periodically. Probably no more than
2 connected at once, and safe to say it would always less than half a
dozen.
Can we purchase a
half-dozen Exchange licenses, plus a half dozen Windows Server
licenses?
I'm hoping that a
message here can save me hours of pouring over licensing
jargon.
