In my servers I 've  limited the number of recipients addresses on each email to 20

Is this number too high or too restrictive ?

Could someone point me to the document that describes how to prevent Exchange 5.5 from being used as a relay agent please?

Can't seem to find it on Microsoft's site anymore.

TIA,
Bryan
