Hi Folks
I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this problem when using Outlook 2001 for the Mac
and Exchange 5.5 SP4? A user tries to send a standard email with a word attachment,
and the system will return a bounce similar to the one below:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: <subject>
Sent: 23/11/2001 09:28
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'[EMAIL PROTECTED] on 23/11/2001 09:28
Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=AU;a=
;p=ORGNAME;l=Server-011122232736Z-27393
MSEXCH:IMS:ORGNAME:SITE:SERVERNAME 0x80070057 (00050311) Conversion to
Internet format failed
This only happens with Mac clients, and it doesn't always occur.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Dan
