Better call Legato TS or check their TS website.

Hi,
Hopefully one of you people can help me out with a problem we are having
restoring a mailbox. The system setup is the following: Win 2000 server sp 2
Exchange 2000 sp1 Legato Networker 6.0.2 COMPAQ 35/70GB DLT LIB 
The problem is that every time I start scanning the tapes Networker starts
giving the error report scanner:tape_open GetTapeStatus failed: The device
has indicated that cleaning is required before further operations are
attempted. <268436621> This happens even when I have cleaned both tape
drives repeatedly and it doesn't matter what backup tapes I use. I have done
a couple of succesful restores on this server and never seen this kind of
error. Well, hopefully someone has somekind of an idea about this. Br.
