I'm running 5.5 , sp4. No the exception codes and parameters are different in my error. I found a couple of other articles but none with the right parameters in the message and/or the right exception code. My boss can't believe that it's not out there on microsoft support pages. And to tell you the truth, I get uneasy whenever I get an error with the words" call micosoft technical support" in the description. cris
