If you're running OWA, you may need to update that. Also, we have a web application that enables a potential customer to send e-mails to our CS department from the web site. If you have something like that you may have to update the SMTP settings in IIS (or whatever you use) on your web server.
Also if your Exchange box is running the IMS service and you're being NAted by a firewall or router you will need to update those settings.
