To disable this, look in the registry under: HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIMC\Parameters Create a new DWORD called "ResolveP2" and set the value to 0. Stop/restart the IMS (I think, but worth doing anyway), drink a beer and test.
