Users on one of our servers have an issue where they cannot delete mail
through the OWA interface. All they get is a pop-up saying "Unable to
delete item". I did a KB search and the only thing that was close is if you
have set mailbox size restrictions and a user has exceeded the limit, but
that does not apply in this case. My test account has only a single message
so I'm way under the limit. Odd part is that only users on this one server
are affected. Configuration is Exchange 5.5 SP3 with the post SP3 info
fixes running on NT4.
Thanks to all who reply.

The situation we're having here is that we actually need to delete messages
themselves out of the store, based on subject line.

I can not vouch for comparative performance, as I have never run the same
request for each; however, isscan.exe can remove attachments based on
subject, if that is sufficient for you.
