Hi there is a problem with one of our clients using Exchange 4.0. SP 4 They take a cold backup by stopping exchange services everyday and then they restart the serivces but the after the services start the scheduled dialing does not happen and you have to manually dial and connect to the remote server and do the replication if u shut down and restart the server the scheduled dialing takes place.
