Try using the FQDN in the user field during the signon. I had the same
issue with an XP client not getting the Domain field and this worked
around it.

Subject: problem with OWA

Hello all,

I have a small problem with OWA and 1 user, he keeps getting access
denied and in the eventlog i see that there is no such user or bad
password.
Now when he logs on OWA from his office he has no problems at all, using
the same login/password.
The only difference there is, is that it failed when he tried it from UK
and Belgium, both using MSIE 5.0. The Ex2k server is in the Netherlands
and over here and in Germany he had no problem logging on using OWA, I
think the IE 5.0 is the problem but I am not sure.
When i go to OWA, I use the same URL as he does, but I get a domainbox
and he does not (not that it must be used, but still), I am using IE
6.0.

Any ideas?

TIA,

Bob
