Try using the FQDN in the user field during the signon. I had the same issue with an XP client not getting the Domain field and this worked around it.

When i go to OWA, I use the same URL as he does, but I get a domainbox and he does not (not that it must be used, but still), I am using IE 6.0. Any ideas?
