Well, if you can deactivate Syskey, you already got sufficient rights to change admin 
password in the User manager ;)
Could you point me to any of these utilities that can actually crack a win2k's SAM 
database?
I am pretty sure about this not being so easy at all, I suppose that if there even is 
such a tool, it will be from some big company asking mucho $$$ for it's use.

But, if I'm wrong and you're right, could you prove it to me? (I'm pretty convinced I 
know a lot about this so it would be good if someone can smack my face in the dirt and 
prove me wrong ;))
