RE: NDR Still having problems

I am still having problems with this.   I can send to the address from an outside A/C but nothing from internal.   Its as if the Exchange server is stopping me sending to this Domain.  I have checked with their admin and we are not balcklisted.   It does look like DNS but I can resolve there name and MX record using NSLOOKUP.   Is  there anywhere else in Exchange or DNS I should be looking to reslove this.   The error message to remind everyone that I get is     Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
