If within Exchange 5.5 I have inherited permissions to someones mailbox and then I add their mailbox to my Outlook, should I be able to open their mailbox while they have it open as well? I can't expand the mailbox currently and I have full permissions to it. I wondered if it's because they have their inbox opened. Also, management asked me if possible to pull old emails from a particular person from 6 months ago. Other than backups, can this be done? I seem to remember a setting somewhere in exchange to do this... thanks,
