I have a user who is receiving email via the internet from a person using XP. When he opens the message in Outlook most of the characters look like they are written in Chinese the remainder look like symbol characters. The odd thing is if I forward the message to hotmail it displays fine in hotmail. If I send it back to his work address it also displays fine. The same problem occurs when the women sends an html or text formatted message. I haven't been able to find anything on TechNet etc. Has anyone else seen this happen?
