Is it any message? Or a specific one?

It may contain key words that are not allowed.

What is the user's name, is it Dick, or some other word that may be
considered offensive?

Subject: The recipient could not be processed because it would violate
the security policy in force

I have a user that is having trouble sending mail to one person outside of
our company. No one else is having trouble sending to the same email
address.

I can not seem to find any information relevant to my particular issue.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' on 1/3/02 11:24 AM
The recipient could not be processed because it
would violate the security policy in force
                            <mydomain #5.7.0 smtp;550 5.7.0 Message
rejected.>

Has anyone ran into this and know a fix?
