Have you confirmed that you don't have any network issues with these 2
clients.
Try from another machine to see if they can login into there mailboxes try
and isolate to the mailboxes or the PCS first.
Are you running any virus scanning software?
What version of Outlook are you running?

Subject: Outlook 2000 Hanging

Happy New Year to all!

I have 2 clients who just started having the following issues:

Client - Win2K SP2- Outlook 2000
Server- Win2K - Exchange 5.5 SP4

1. Outlook will hang within 15 minutes of launching, taking ~100% CPU Usage.
Rendering the machine unusable until the process is killed.

2. Outlook will hang immediately when launched and they try to access their
Calendar. Same hanging as above.

Could this be a corrupt Inbox or Calendar? How would I go about fixing it,
aside from re-creating their entire mailbox?

I have tried the Inbox repair tool, but it wasn't what I was looking for.

Help is greatly appreciated!
