I did not explain the install, sorry.  The servers are win2k sp2+ with
exchange 2k sp2+ on my end and win4.0 sp6+ exchange 5.5 sp4+ on their
end. It does not matter who I try to send to in the organization.  I did
setup a Veritas backup that emails me when the backup job fails and it
mails me fine.  I am setup in the global address book as an internet
contact.  Has done it off and on for about 2 months, now does it all of
the time.  Thanks again. Doug.

They can send to me and everybody seems to get mail to/from them fine. I
