Anytime I've seen a problem like this it turns out that there was
something in the email that matched the rule criteria. Look closely.

Subject: PROBLEMS WITH RULES WIZARDS

Has anyone else noticed a problem with Rules Wizard where it acts upon
items
that are NOT included in the rule. As an example, we have certain
workstations which have Rules to automatically delete spam from outside
domains. While the Rule Wizard is deleting spam, it occasionally also
deletes email from our staff members who are part of our domain. Any
suggestions would be appreciated. Oh, we're running Outlook 2000 on
Win98SE
workstations and Exchange Server 5.5 SP3 on NT4 SP5.
