I have seen this too, though not as frequently. Event messages seem to be non existent as to when or why, although I haven't had it happen recently, and it did definitely happen more prior to ESP1. Currently running W2K+SP2+E2K+ESP1.
Right now, more often then the exchange store dismounting unexpectedly, we are instead seeing the groupshield stops running for no reason. The only thing I did notice when either happens, is that although restarting the store (or GS) will work, it would fail again in a couple of days or less. Rebooting the entire server it will run for many weeks without incident... Lately there has been enough critical updates from Microsoft's update site that the exchange servers haven't been up more then a month at a time anyways after we put ESP1 on several months ago...
