I have already moved the pagefile.sys to the E: drive and the Antivirus server with the quarantine folder is also located on e: drive

I have run the optimiser and according to that everything is on the e drive. When I look at all the folders on the C drive they only amount to just over 1 gig... Anyone got any ideas??
