Title: RE: Unable to expand folder
I can open his inbox, calander, etc -- all folders that have a shortcut in the outlook bar, but cannot get to the folders he has that do not have shortcuts in the outlook bar since outlook today will not expand.

Subject: Unable to expand folder

Exc 5.5 sp4, Outlook 2k SP1

I have a user who starts outlook and get at any folder he has a shortcut
to in the outlook bar, but if he tries to expand the Outlook Today folder
to get at other mail folders which do not have shortcuts on the outlook
bar gets the following message

Unable to expand the folder. Network problems are preventing connection to
the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.

I tired going in through OWA and same thing -- I can get into anything
including public folders and anything with a sortcut on the outlook bar
but if I click on the "up one folder" I get

Unable to render this view.

Any help would be appreciated -- I have been checking in the MSKB, but so
far nothing.

thanks

dave
