I have
explained to the mangement here that it is not worth while in doing this
excercise and have finally persuaded then to just stick to the total size of
each mailbox.
I
think it was just a way of finding out as to what people really do with their
mail...ie. creating folders for Misc. and filling it with junk
mail.
Anyway, I have also mentioned to them we are in the process of evaluating
products such as Mail/WebMarshall and such like.
Thanks,

Subject: RE: Outlook 2000 Questionwith Crystal Reports you look at each folder and get the sizes but it would be a very large report. I have over 25 rules and about 75 folders. The minimum number of of folder for each person would be 9 (10 in XP) and most people additional folders. In addition you will not get info of public folders people may have created. If you could explain what you are trying to do we maybe more helpful???It is easier - as stated before - just to get total amount for each mailbox.ellery july
