That is true for any piece of equipment. As stated earlier I know IOS fairly well but other interfaces are much better. OK, ok Cisco added a better interface then just plan IOS but not that much better.
The issue is which is easier to make and confirm changes, lets you know when you make a mistake, and which is flexible in its ability to talk to other pieces of equipment.
