Go to Setup- Server - you should see four options and just pick system adm. It will ask you what machine Exchange is on - then be prepared. You need to have logged in with the exchange username password to change stuff - otherwise it pretty much read only.

Remember to also install the Exchange SP4 on your workstation so that the admin tools are the same version as your Exchange server.
