We have a problems with ScanMail from TrendMicro doing something to the
Store.exe process that make it run at about 75% cpu all the time.   It also
causes the MTA to que up many messages, and user get very slow access time.


We are using version 3.52 ScanMail for Exchange with the latest patch.
Exchange 5.5 sp4
Win NT 4.0 w/ sp6a

Has anyone ever had this problem in the past?   We have been having it for
about 3 months and so far the only way to resolve it is to reboot the
server.  
Does any one have a developer contact name from Trend?
