Are you entering the username as Domain\Username?

I am attempting to connect users that log into a domain controlled by a 2000
server to a 5.5 Exchange server hosted on NT. There is a one way trust
between the 2K domain and the NT domain. You can create a mailbox in
Exchange and make the user of the 2K domain the owner. However, when you
try to connect to it from the 2K domain, you are prompted for a username and
password. Nothing I enter creates the connection.
What am I missing?
