Look in the All Users folder under your profiles directory if you have the folders still there then the above may be your problem. They were there when we installed it, but they seemed to have disappeared. The server is working fine and there are no event logs pointing to any errors in application. Can we run the setup program to get them back, or let sleeping dogs lay? We can still get to the admin program via a shortcut on the desktop. Strange for sure.
