Sounds like a corrupted Outlook profile displaying the same mailbox twice.  Try deleting and recreating the Outlook profile.

Subject: duplication mailboxes

Hey guys I am having issues

I have two Exchange 5.5 servers both with service pack 3

Loaded on them

Since one of the exchange servers is under power I decided to transfer some mailboxes to the other exchange server.

My issue is when I transferred mailboxes and went into users outlook client to transfer from PST files to mailbox I noticed the following. I had two of the same mailboxes.

So I need someone to point me in the direction on how can I close out the second duplicated mailbox

I did right click on it went to properties and clicked disconnect but apparently it's linked to the main one because it told me that it couldn't disconnect the main mailbox.

Any suggestions???
