I have a client which I support running this.  We are not experiencing any problems currently.  You would probably be better off requesting/insisting on escalating the call when you contact BB again.  What is the issue?

Does anybody have the Blackberry enterprise server for Exchange working without any major issues?  BB support is just not helping so I was wondering if anybody

here uses this tool.  I'm running Exchange 55 a windows 2000 server.  Any input would be very helpful.
