Have a look at many of the command line emailers - blat, postie, mapisend.  They support attachments and scheduling.
 
You can also place an RFC2821 compliant email in the pickup folder in Exchange(which gets checked every 600 seconds by default I think...).
 
Or you can use Outlook, too.

ANyone know of a good way to have a PC do an auto email each day? Can you do that through a BAT file or something? I need it to attach a TXT file too. Any ideas?
